Strategies for implementing library automation in Anambra State Polytechnic Mgbakwu, Awka North, Nigeria: A review of best practices

Globally, the implementation of library automation systems in tertiary institutions is a complex process that requires careful planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder engagement. Significant empirical evidence from literature revealed 90% academic libraries successfully implemented had well-defined plan place, staff training effective engagement accounted for 75% critical factors successful implementation, agile methodologies helped reduce time by up to 40% led higher user satisfaction with services while involving faculty members, students, other stakeholders decision-making communicating benefits can lead increased support buy-in.
